Stat Weighting Presets: Post the latest updates here

So the
weight scale
presets on the site have a tendency to get out of date very quickly. We want to avoid this, but we don't have enough people to do the theorycrafting ourselves—even trying to find and validate the theorycraft that other people have done is extremely difficult and time consuming—especially if you don't play the class in question.
So with that in mind, I'm posting a thread like this in every class forum. What I need is for you guys to let us know what the latest theorycraft is for your class and spec—whether it's Pawn values, an EJ post, something from ShadowPanther, Rawr, or whatever it may be. With this information, we'll be able to keep the weight scales up to date more easily, and make sure we always have the latest info.
What we need:
The actual weight values for each statistic
A link to the source information for the theorycraft
About when the theorycraft was done (to make sure it's recent)
Don't forget that no possible set of weight values will be right for EVERY character. Remember that the weight values should be calculated for a character who is
not capped
on any stat. We're looking primarily for weight scale results for fresh players of the max level here.
If the weight scales have gone too long without being updated, just put up a post in
Site Feedback
directing our attention to the relevant post in this thread.
Please Note:
Any post in this thread which is NOT a weight scale post will be deleted. Gotta keep this clean.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Gnub##DELIM##

Shadow Priest PP (Pseudo Power) weights normalized, rounded and edited for categories:
Number of Sockets 1696
Hit Rating 100
Spell Power 89
Critical Strike Rating 54
Haste Rating 50
Spirit 19
Intellect 17
From
WotLK - Pre-Raiding Gear List
Last edited 12/27/2008
* 1 spellpower = 1 PP
* 1 crit rating = 0.61 PP
* 1 haste = 0.56 PP
* 1 spirit = 0.21 PP
* 1 int = 0.19 PP
* 1 hit = 1.12 PP (when not hit-capped)
Gem choices for now will be Runed Scarlet Ruby (19pp), and Chaotic Skyflare Diamond (36.61) on metagem slots. mp5 and stamina have significance but those values are left to individual playstyle to rate accordingly
More recent data is available for the T7/T8 gear level at a
shadowpriest,com thread
(theorycrafting
here
) and an
EJ thread
however neither of those apply primarily for weight scale results for fresh 80s

I wish there was stat weighting for holy!
I haven't been able to find anything very good at all, however, wowhead.com, bobturkeys.com, and dwarfpriest.com all have something for holy.

For we do lack accurate calculations, what would YOU consider are the most importat stats for a holy priest?
I´d probably say
Spellpower > Spir = Int > Haste > Crit
Agreed. For some reason the stat weighing thing puts Mp5 as the highest priority stat, even though any Holy priest with a brain knows that Spirit is better because of the extra SP you get from it.

My own calculation for dps rotation:
~236,5seconds(with 0,5sec "safedelay" after each cast - for delay and running out of fire). Less with haste ofcoarse

Notes:
I never understand why people rate spirit so low when it's
20%
+
30%
=50% goes into sp for almost all the time. Aswell as there a few % spiritbuffs.
Hit scale formula: Hit=max(crit;haste)-1. That way hit items won't jump high, so you can choose items "fair" to ilvl weight.

Because Spirit in stat budget is exactly equal to Crit and haste, but a weaker stat than both.
See:
t10.277 Shadow
VS
t10.277 Holy
114Haste VS 114 Spirit, no matter how you look at it, has Spirit on the lower side. This happens in most pieces, not only tiers;
See:
Ring 1
VS
Ring 2
that's 68 Spirit vs 8 crit+60Haste.
That's why Spirit is a much weaker stat.
My BiS 3.3.3 Shadow Priest (
Shadowmax
) running in Simcraft (Full 25man raidbuffs, all debuffs present, optimal conditions (Patch style, elite skill, 10k iterations, 500s fight) came up with the following Stat Weights:
Int = 22
Spirit = 55
Spellpower=100
Hit=143
Crit=76
Haste=82
