Patch 5.4.8 PTR: Build 18273 New Mounts, Database Updated for Additional Item Upgrades

5:30pm EST: The PTR is now updated, we've tested how Heart of the Valorous works. Our PTR observations were getting quite lengthy, so we put them into a separate post.
9am EST: PvP Designer Brian Holinka just clarified the intent behind the datamined Burst of Speed change.전쟁벼림 악몽마악몽의 말뚝대섬뜩한 칼날약탈자gear improvements coming in 5.4.8용맹의 증표용맹 점수 +100The PTR database is also now updated to show the additional item upgrades coming in 5.4.8!

You can now upgrade your 5.4 items two more times, for a grand total of four upgrades and a +16 ilvl boost. Simply visit an item's page and click on the additional upgrade options, or look at the "Upgrades" column in search results and mouseover the icons.

You can also show Upgrade level 3 and 4 in external tooltips.

To go along with the additional item upgrades, Garrosh Heirlooms have all received a +8 item level boost, to remain competitive as they cannot be upgraded with Valor.

The Iron Hitching Post is a little different: It’s an item you set down that allows you and up to 24 of your closest raiding cohorts to each jump on your own new unearthly Iron Warhorse mount. You can use it for smaller parties too, and it’s also great for Battlegrounds. Imagine the look on your opponents’ faces when they see a unified front of ghost horses galloping toward them . . . just to ruin everything and capture Snowfall Graveyard. (STOP IT!)

Any thoughts on that?neonjohn의 댓글If you don't like what is coming, go over to the official forums (and here) and complain about it loudly and often! :D Of course, you will be going against the complaints of (mostly PvP) players. I'm surprised Monks don't get more nerfs when it comes to PvP.

This assumes one can get 700 Additional Valor from this weekly. I am glad they have found a use for timeless coins but it does nothing for most of us as valor capping is pretty easy in heroics. It will take me more time to fly to timeless than run heroics to get my 100 valor (assuming the vendor is in timeless).

I would like to know if the weekly valor cap has been changed, but still, that means nothing with the 1 day CD.

So in general this news is just a matter of, "hey, your coins are not junk anymore" and nothing new to it?

This is a timeless junkie perk! With that being said, I am a recovering timeless junkie, and have to agree with @Sorathan that Burden of Eternity should be BoA! THAT is real news for the timeless junkie. My guess is if they are like me they saved them all with the hope that it would happen one day. The one day CD on Deeds of Valor makes it almost useless for me, "almost" because I have about 100,000 coins.

With all that, make Burden of Eternity BoA, that is news! Why it never was escapes my logic.
