1. Judgement now makes next spender more powerful, Divine Purpose too. maybe we can layer these two with Execution Sentence all together, but not sure wait for it to line up will be better than just button-smashing because they all just enhance Templar's Verdict (Justicar got nerfed)? we have to wait for the CD line-up, especially Judgement, but most likely Templar's Verdict isn't worth it, although fun but the Holy Power system just isn't much to manage. My solution can just somehow make Judgement having more than 1 charge, it can just be a talent choice, but I do understand Ret having too many utility rows of talent, maybe a trait? 2. AOE feels lacklustre, with the long-CD of Wake of Ashes, beside Divine Storm, there is only Consecration (feels like old Death and Decay), which is most likely a dead talent (besides long aoe encounter, although other two in the same tier are useful in single target as well), but it's an alright rotation passive spell. So I think if made it baseline and add a passive but interactive talent with Consecration maybe a good idea, just make it worthwhile to cast in single target rotation like other two in that tier.?
