This just de-values crit even more, outside of classes that have increased Resource gains in relation to Crits.Guess i'll try stacking AP, instead.
@Doorsfan This doesn't really affect much at all. Raid bosses are +2 levels, and the blue specifically said this applies when fighting +3 levels. This is simply a mechanic (one of many) that is designed to keep you from being able to consistently quest in areas that are too high level for you.
Crit usage will be higher in PvP.I believe Vanilla's crits are 200% of the base effect and their bursty nature is more realiable than small constant damage to secure kills and execute windows.
Aren't many aspects of the game made in a way that fighting +3lvl enemies is a really really bad idea? Hit % comes to mind with ~16% chance to miss on +3lvl targets (up from 5% on +2lvl targets). Doesn't really make the class worse, seems more like a restriction to levelling than anything.
