One of my favourite Quest is still the one when one first meet the Hermit who turns out to be Tirion Fordring and on do his long chain to restore Knights of the Silver Hand.
That's one of my favourites too. Also the Darrowshire quest chain.
Classic is EPIC, :) Bringing back so many good memories :)
