Good lord, the people complaining about shadow priests are absolutely amazing.They showed 3 effects that we have no idea what they are for, they could be anima powers that are just using the ideas of past legendary items, or might as well be 3 legendary effects. We get 3 effects completely lost with no context and what these people say?"OMG BLIZZ ABSOLUTELY HATES SHADOW PRIEST, LOOK AT THAT CRAP THERE IS NOTHING FOR SHADOW PRIEST, SHADOW PRIEST IS DEAD"Seriously, what kind of drugs are you all on? You think that they -HAVE- do develop every single spec at the same time during alpha? Do you think that they will ignore shadow priest because someone on the team started working on holy/disc first?
i really feel like a lot of legion legendaries/tiersets/azerite should become baseline passives for two reasons. 1. having a few extra passives to work around would drastically improve the feel of a lot of specs and add a little more depth to the game, and 2. having more passives that help with resource generation/cooldowns/stats will help fix the issue of classes feeling weak/slow/resource starved, an issue thats going to be VERY apparent in a post azerite/corruption/essence/neck and cloak world.
i loved doom winds and appreciate its 2s longer duration than the original but why cant this be a button? now i have to make another weakaura to track the cd because it sure wont line up with wf totem
isn't awesome a company to pay some ppl to think something new for a new expansion and those ppl to just bring back staff from old expansions.... I can do also that blizzard wanna take me ?I def can have new ideas and how to balance classes.... not having some to be 20% above the other

That would be awesome.
honestly, if their goal is another decent/great expansion, copy and pasting the good parts of Legion is not a bad idea to go with :P. Legiondaries, apart from being RNG to obtain, were overall a fantastic system that most people enjoyed.
Alabaster Lady SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKED lmao. Holy priest legendaries were lackluster for the most part. The only good ones were the neutral and the resurrect cape. I thought they were going to do new things, or at least bring the good ones back.
Well...Alabaster lady, let's see. Assuming this does as it says and each heal has a 5% chance and all PoM Charges are consumed which is a fairly safe bet, each cast has a 22.6% chance to proc at least one Apotheosis, in that time you basically can get off 3 PoHs and a Sanctify, which is free, so one proc can basically save you 5% mana on a free 1050% int heal (if you get 5 targets) which is reset the whole cooldown of. That isn't too bad. If you're using PoM every roughly 12 seconds (Cooldown reduced by haste but also reaction time/higher priority spells) then you'll get a proc every 48 seconds on average, giving it 1/8th uptime...it's kinda like an Ineffable Truth sidegrade.The problems arise in that it's wholly random and it's gonna proc when it's useless and during movement, especially now PoM is FINALLY back to being instant (hallelujah!), the closest you can get to a guaranteed proc will be with Holy Word: Salvation since in a Mythic Raid, that's up to 40 PoM charges...and given how weak healing is compared to health bars at the start of an expansion...yeah...that might be good.In M+ though...uhh...5 charges of PoM are harder to guarantee being procced but it'll get you Serenities and Chastises...there it might actually see some use...Right now it's going to be interesting to see if Disc or Holy will be the meta for the nonmeta Priest healer though. Disc has the healing through damage...but that's gonna be so weak at expansion start...and Holy has the burst AoE healing...but it also has higher damage potential than Disc (Disc has either negative or 0 damage auras on pretty much everything, Holy has +25%). An extra second of Penance is a weird way to word it though...makes it seem like with enough haste you could squeeze out another orb, I highly doubt that though
