Killing NPC's in the most boring, uneventful, off-screen, disrespectful way has been Blizzards' M.O. ever since they caught wind of Game of Thrones.
So Draka gets to stay an Orc despite being there much longer but Kearnan... would it have killed them to just put her in the leather covenant gear?

I may loathe Blizzard for the way they unceremoniously off fan favorites like Kearnen, but I can rest that much easier knowing she's at least living her best afterlife
Your list is forgetting Mankriks wife Olgra, who is in the form of a Chosen warrior in the south-west corner of Maldraxxus, making a comment about quillboar screams to confirm it's her

Except she dies during the rogue campaign and is a major factor, the point being you were too late to stop them but her final sacrifice saves Azeroth. You not doing the quest is not it didn't happen.
Why did she grow 4 extra legs though?
Jeez. I almost wish they had just left her dead. Bringing her back as a monster doomed to fight in these eternal bone wars almost adds insult to injury.
In regards to all the complaints about her being a spider monster, the Kyrian force you into a winged human shape regardless of what you were in life. I do recall one of the aspirants having memories of being a tauren. I'd rather have the freedom to choose how I look, thanks all the same. Draka chose to remain an orc, Alexandros Mograine chose to remain human, and Amber Kearnan decided to be a spider. /shrug Again, it's not like she was forced into that appearance, like the creepy cult next door.
I just found a sleeping panther in Soryn's Morrow (66.40, 45.55) named Healath and when you talk to it, it says "Aaa... return... Treshala... Darnassus... Actually there's a big part of NPC in the SL that were NPC before but died ! It's really funny to try to guess who's who ^^ ! I love those easter eggs !
